Owing to unforeseen circumstances the time of the AGM has had to be brought forward.
The AGM wil now be held at 4pm, the location is the Warwick Room the Holiday inn Stratford upon Avon.
The evening cruise will now board at 5.45pm and sail at 6pm

Meet at 5pm at the home of Susanna Hall, (Shakespeare’s daughter) for a Shakespeare Trust Welcome, where we will have a light meal and a short talk to set the scene.
At 7pm there is an opportunity to see Antony Sher as King Lear at the nearby RSC Theatre, (we have 60 tickets first come first served).
Late arrivals and non theatre goers are recommended to visit local watering holes, the Dirty Duck and Cox’s yard.
Walk to the Other Place Theatre for a Page to Stage Tour (showing how a play starts and gets to the final production) and also to Shakespeare’s New Place reopened after a 2 year archaeological dig.
Or a visit to the Purity brewing company the home of Ubu.
Lunch will be at the Old Slaughter House where we will hear of the gruesome history of the town.
Relaxing after the Slaughter House Lunch until the AGM at 4:00pm in the Holiday Inn.
A river boat cruise with pre dinner drinks onboard at 5.45pm for 6pm sailing, followed by the Gala dinner at 8pm in the Holiday Inn
Drive to Ragley Hall to meet at 10:30am for a guided tour.
Enjoy an informal lunch (at own expense) at Ragley Hall after the tour before going home or go to the JCI Foundation lunch venue tba, contact Elaine Senior for details.
