Online Magazine & Website private page areas

In order that we can restrict access to both the Online magazine & Private pages of the British Senate website we issue passwords to our users.

In order that passwords can be created an entry is made for you in our web system, we store your Senate number, name and contact email address within our website. this allows us to issue you a password inline with our member subscription policy.


Booking  British Senate Events & Weekends

The personal information you provide to make your booking (Both Online and Offline) will be held by the British Senate and the event organiser for the pupose of making your booking, managing the event, analysis & future planning.

By making a booking with us you consent to the relevant data being be shared with appropriate 3rd parties for the purpose of providing the reservation you wish to make, please note that dietary, mobility/access needs and any other notified requirements you make will be shared with the venues, hotels & caterers etc to facilitate your requests.

For noting a list of Senators attending an event is normally shared with other attendees of the event and British JCI Senate Council members.

Booking  Non British Senate Events.

Where we provide a link or publicity for other JCI Senate organisations & JCI events worldwide, the British Senate suggest that you contact the relevant organiser or organisation to check their privacy policies before entering data and or making a booking.
